Rise 2 FAME

Rise 2 Fame is a prestigious competition that celebrates the rich heritage of Bollywood and Classical music and dance. It’s an extravaganza of talent, passion, and creativity, bringing together aspiring artists of all ages from across the nation. Our mission is to provide a platform where dreams can flourish, and extraordinary talents can rise to the spotlight.

Competition Categories:

Participants have the opportunity to showcase their exceptional abilities in the following categories:

Singing:

  1. Bollywood Solo Singing
  2. Bollywood Group Singing
  3. Classical Solo Singing
  4. Classical Group Singing

Dancing:

  1. Bollywood Solo Dance
  2. Bollywood Group Dance
  3. Classical Solo Dance
  4. Classical Group Dance

Talent:

  • DANCE
  • SINGING

Talent Categories:

  • Solo 
  • Group

DANCE Talent style:

  • Classical (also includes semi-classical)
  • Bollywood (also includes western, hip-hop, folk and contemporary)

Talent Age groups for participation:

  • Kids (6 – 12 yrs)
  • Teens (19 yrs and under)
  • Adults (20 and above)

Details

Registration Dates:

  • Registrations OPEN Date: July 10th, 2023. (Early Bird extended until July 31st).
  • Registrations END Date: Sept 30th, 2023 (Late Fees for entries received after Sept 30th).

Note:

  • Each Performance (Dance or Singing) will require an individual registration entry. If participating in multiple performances, then please submit separate registration forms for each performance entry. 
  • RTF team to share exact discount and/or late fees details individually.

Generic Event rules:

  • Certain Performance Categories maybe merged or split based on the number of Registrations received.  
  • For DANCE and SINGING, the duration of the performance should be a minimum of 2 minutes and a maximum of 4 minutes.
  • No vulgarity, obscenity, and explicit contents are allowed.
  • “Rise to Fame” team reserves the right to move the competition location or date due to unforeseen circumstances. The team also bears the right to refuse entries at their discretion.
  • No forms of liquids allowed (including water), gels, aerosols, glitter, or confetti etc. which may affect the stage surface during a routine.  
  • All props must be in place within the given time limit of the routine.
  • No late Music/Audio submissions allowed. More details on song submission will be sent out a few days prior to the event.
  • Individuals participating in multiple entries within same Performance/Competitive category, will be judged only for 1 of their entries based on their choice and needs to be communicated to the RTF team before hand.
  • Neutral Judges will be hired, and Judges decision will be Final.
  • Additional Competition Specific Rules will be communicated to the Registered Participants directly.
